Is the AI form builder free?

Yes. Building forms with AI is on the free plan, along with 5 forms and 100 submissions. No card is asked for. The free plan also includes conditional logic and payment fields, which most form builders hold back for a paid tier.

Can I edit what the AI writes?

All of it. What arrives is an ordinary form in an ordinary builder: change any label, retype the options, drag a question somewhere else, or delete the lot and start again. Nothing it produces is locked or special.

Can I build a form from inside ChatGPT or Claude?

Yes, and this is the part that is unusual. Deoochform runs its own MCP server, so a connected assistant creates and edits your forms directly and reads the responses back. No automation platform in between and no second subscription.

Can it turn a PDF or a screenshot into a form?

No. It builds from a description, not from a document. If you have an existing paper form, the quickest path today is to describe what is on it, or to start from one of the templates and edit from there.
