Booking form with payment
Clients pick an open time and pay for it in the same form. The slot is held while they pay, and the booking goes on your Google Calendar once the payment clears.
5 forms and 100 responses on the free plan. No card required.
How it works
Add a time slot and a price
Put an appointment field and a payment field on one form. Set the days you work, your hours, your timezone and a slot length of 15, 30, 45 or 60 minutes, then the price of the session.
Connect Stripe and Google Calendar
Connect your own Stripe account so the money goes straight to you, and connect Google Calendar so times you are already busy are never offered. Each is a single sign in, done once for every form you own.

A client opens the form, picks a time, fills in their details and pays by card on Stripe's checkout page. Nobody needs an account, and you do not need a developer.
What you get
- Only open times are offered: slots already booked on the form and busy times on your Google Calendar are left out
- The slot is held for 30 minutes while the client pays, so two people cannot pay for the same time
- An abandoned payment gives the time back automatically
- The booking is added to your Google Calendar once the payment succeeds, not before
- Payments go to your own Stripe account, and Deoochform takes no cut
- An email to you for every paid booking, with the response in your dashboard and in Google Sheets if you sync it
Questions
- Can I take payment when someone books an appointment?
- Yes. Put an appointment field and a payment field on the same form. The client chooses a time, then pays on Stripe's checkout page, and the booking only counts as confirmed once Stripe tells us the payment went through.
- What stops two people booking the same time?
- The moment someone starts paying, their time is held. Nobody else is offered it, and if two people submit the same time at once, the database accepts only one of them and the other is asked to pick again. If the first person leaves without paying, the time is released when their checkout expires 30 minutes later.
- Does it work with Google Calendar?
- Yes. Connect Google Calendar once and appointment fields stop offering times you are already busy for. Paid bookings are added to your calendar after the payment succeeds, so an unpaid booking never sits in your diary. We only read free and busy blocks, never the titles or guests of your events.
- How much does it cost?
- Payment fields and appointment fields are both on the free plan. Deoochform takes no fee on the payments you collect; Stripe charges its normal card processing fee on your own account, the same as it would anywhere else.
- Does it send appointment reminders?
- No, not today. You get an email for each paid booking and the event appears on your Google Calendar, where your own calendar notifications apply. If you need reminder emails sent to clients, a Zapier trigger on new responses can do that for now.
