Forms for your website

Build the form here, copy one line of code, and paste it into your site. Answers come straight to your dashboard, and any change you make to the form shows up on your site without pasting anything again.

5 forms and 100 responses on the free plan. No card required.

How it works

  1. Build the form

Start from a template, drag fields in by hand, or describe the form and let the AI builder write it. Publish it when it reads right.

  2. Pick how it appears

Open Share and choose an embed style: inline in the page, a popup, a panel that slides in from the corner, or full page. The last three add a button with your own label.

  3. Paste one line into your site

Copy the snippet and paste it where the form should go, such as a WordPress Custom HTML block, a Webflow Embed element, or any page where you can add HTML.

What you get

  • One script tag, with no plugin to install and no code to maintain
  • Inline forms grow with their content, so visitors never scroll inside a small box
  • Popup, slide in and full page modes that open from a button on your page
  • Edits to the form appear on your site straight away, with nothing to paste again
  • The embedded form cannot redirect or take over the page it sits on
  • Every answer lands in your dashboard, and in Google Sheets or Slack if you connect them

Questions

How do I add a form to my website?
Build and publish the form, open Share, and copy the embed snippet. Paste it into your page wherever you can add HTML. The form loads in that spot and sizes itself to fit.
Does it work with WordPress?
Yes. Add a Custom HTML block where the form should appear and paste the snippet into it. The same goes for a Webflow Embed element or a hand coded page.
Do I need to know how to code?
No. The snippet is a single line that you copy and paste. There are no settings to change inside it unless you want to, such as the text on the button.
Is embedding free?
Yes. Embedding is available on every plan, including the free one. Forms on the free plan show a small Powered by Deoochform footer until you upgrade.
Can I share the form without embedding it?
Yes. Every form also has its own link and a QR code, so you can embed it on your site and send the link by email at the same time. All the answers end up in the same place.
