Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade whenever you like from Settings → Billing. Changes are prorated by Stripe, so you only pay the difference for the time remaining on your current period.
What happens when I hit my plan's limit?
Your existing forms keep working and every response already collected stays yours. You just can't create new forms or accept new submissions past the limit until you upgrade or the monthly window resets.
Do I have to pay for a year up front?
No — every paid plan is available monthly. Annual billing is charged once for twelve months and is roughly 20% cheaper per month, which is why it's shown first.
What's your refund policy?
You can cancel at any time, which stops the next renewal and keeps your access running to the end of the period you already paid for. Fees already paid aren't refunded except where the law requires it — see our Terms for the full detail.
Do the people filling in my forms need an account?
Never. Every form gets a public share link that opens on any device, and respondents answer without signing up for anything.
Do I need ChatGPT or Claude to use this?
No. The MCP connectors are the fastest way to build a form, but the visual builder and the template library work entirely on their own.
How are payments handled?
Through Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe's own hosted checkout and never touch our servers. Invoices, receipts, and payment methods live in the Stripe billing portal, reachable from your billing settings.
Can I get an invoice or custom terms?
On Enterprise, yes — custom invoicing, purchase orders, SSO, a service level agreement, and data residency options are all on the table. Email sales@deooch.com and we'll put something together.
