Payments with Stripe and PayPal
Accept card and PayPal payments on any form: connect Stripe or PayPal, add a payment field, and get paid straight into your own account with no platform fee.
Any Deoochform form can take a payment before the response is recorded. Connect Stripe or PayPal once, add a payment field, and every payment goes straight into your own account. We charge no platform fee.
Connect Stripe or PayPal
- Open Settings → Integrations.
- Hit Connect Stripeand finish Stripe's business onboarding, or hit Connect PayPal and sign in to your PayPal account.
- You land back in Deoochform, connected. Connect both if you like.
PayPal only shares your account ID with us, which is what each payment is sent to. We cannot see your balance or your transactions, and we cannot move money out of your account.
Add a payment field
- Open a form in the studio and add a field from the Payments group.
- Set the price and the currency.
- Choose which connected account collects it: Stripe or PayPal.
- Publish. The submit button changes to show the amount, for example Pay €5.00.

What respondents see
They fill in the form and press pay. They are taken to Stripe's or PayPal's own checkout page, pay there, and come back to your thank you page. The response shows as paid in your submissions table as soon as the payment is confirmed.
Refunds and disconnecting
Refunds are made from your own Stripe dashboard or PayPal account. If you disconnect a provider in Settings → Integrations, forms that use it stop taking payments until you connect again. Payments you already received are not affected.
Frequently asked questions
- Do you take a fee on payments?
- No. Stripe or PayPal charge their normal processing fees, and that is all. The money goes straight to your own account and never passes through ours.
- Should I use Stripe or PayPal?
- Stripe suits card payments and subscriptions, and needs a short business onboarding. PayPal needs only a sign in, works with personal accounts, and suits people who would rather pay with their PayPal balance. You can connect both and choose per payment field.
- Do respondents need a PayPal account to pay?
- PayPal decides what each buyer sees. In most countries they can pay with a PayPal account, and in many they can also pay by card as a guest on PayPal's page.
- Where are card details entered?
- Always on Stripe's or PayPal's own checkout page. Card numbers never reach a Deoochform page or server.
- What happens if someone abandons the checkout?
- Nothing is charged, and no paid response appears in your table. If they go back and submit again, they start a fresh checkout.
- How do refunds work?
- You refund from your own Stripe dashboard or PayPal account, the same way you refund any other sale there.
