A Deoochform account and a Zapier account. Zapier's free plan works.
How to connect it

In Zapier, create a Zap and search for Deoochform. We are listed in the public app directory.

Choose the New Submission trigger and sign in to Deoochform when Zapier asks.

Pick the form to watch, or leave it empty to watch every form.

Add the app you want responses sent to, map the answers, and turn the Zap on.
Questions
Do I need a paid Zapier plan?
No. A Zap with Deoochform as the trigger and one other app works on Zapier's free plan. Paid Zapier plans add things like multi step Zaps and more tasks each month.
How fast does a Zap run after someone submits?
We send the response to Zapier as soon as it is recorded, rather than waiting for Zapier to check. Zapier then runs the rest of the Zap on its own schedule.
Can one Zap watch all of my forms?
Yes. Leave the form field empty when you set up the trigger and the Zap runs for every form on your account, including forms you create later.
What happens to responses if I turn a Zap off?
Nothing is lost. We stop sending to that Zap, and every response is still in your Deoochform dashboard, ready to export.
Do I need Zapier for Google Sheets or Slack?
No. Deoochform connects to Google Sheets and Slack directly, with nothing in between. Use Zapier when the app you want is one we do not connect to ourselves.
How do I disconnect Zapier?
Open Settings, then Integrations, and choose Disconnect Zapier. Every Zap using the connection stops at once, and your forms keep collecting responses as normal.
