About this template
Ordering ahead only works if the order is complete. This form walks through the drink, size, milk, extras and something to eat, then asks for a pickup time, so the barista can have it ready without a follow up question at the counter.
The name on the cup is the first question on purpose. It is what the customer says when they arrive, and it is what the barista writes, so a busy counter stays calm.
Replace the menu with your own drinks and food, and add a payment field if you want orders paid before they are made.
