About this template
Reunions are organised by one cousin with a spreadsheet and fifty text messages. This form registers one household at a time, with a contact person, the branch of the family they belong to, adult and child counts, and the names and ages of everyone coming.
The plans section answers the questions organisers chase most: which days each household attends, where they are staying, shirt sizes for the reunion shirts, and what they will bring to the picnic. The upload field collects old photos for the slideshow while people are thinking about it.
The household contribution is optional by default, so family members who cannot pay can still register. Rename the days to match your schedule, and remove the payment field entirely if the reunion is funded another way.
