Chasing annual renewals is the job every club treasurer dreads. This membership dues form signs up a new member and starts a monthly card payment in the same step, so dues keep coming in until the member cancels and nobody has to send reminder emails.

- Can I charge membership yearly instead of monthly?
- Yes. Open the payment field in the builder and change the billing interval from month to year, then set the annual amount. Existing members keep the plan they signed up on.
- How does a member cancel their membership?
- Cancellation is handled in Stripe, where you can cancel a subscription from the customer's record. Say in your membership rules how members should ask to leave, such as by emailing the treasurer, so the request reaches someone who can act on it.
