The handover section comes last and asks for the date and time together, because a custom order with no deadline is a conversation rather than an order. Reference photos go through an upload field, which saves the back and forth of asking customers to send screenshots separately.
The sample is written for a cake studio. For florists, tailors, or furniture makers, rename the item list and replace flavour and dietary needs with materials and measurements; everything else carries over unchanged.
