About this template
Scheduling an interview by email takes four messages and usually lands on the one slot the panel cannot make. This form replaces all four. The candidate sees the times you are free, picks one, and tells you how they would like to meet, all before anyone has typed the phrase does Tuesday work.
The adjustments field is not a formality. Asking every candidate the same open question, in writing, at the point of booking, is how an access need gets arranged instead of raised apologetically on the day. It also gives you a record that you asked.
Set the slot length to the interview you actually run, and the hours to the window the panel keeps free. Connect Google Calendar and the candidate cannot book over an existing meeting, and the interview lands on your calendar the moment they choose it. Add a stage field if you run first and second rounds from the same link.
