About this template
An order that arrives by email or direct message has to be read, priced, and chased for payment before anyone can pack it. This form does those three jobs before you see it: the product list carries the prices, the delivery question settles how it leaves the building, and Stripe takes the card before the submission is saved.
The delivery address sits after the delivery method on purpose, with a note telling people who are collecting to skip it, so nobody types an address for an order they are picking up. The gift message box is there because it is the question shops most often forget and then have to email about.
Replace the four sample products with your own names, descriptions, and prices in the builder. If you ship only, remove the collect in store option; if you sell one item, swap the product list for a single payment field.
