About this template
A product with variants is where order forms usually go wrong: the customer pays for the wrong size or forgets to say which scent. This form asks for the variant, the size, and the quantity as required fields before anything else, so an order cannot be submitted without them.
Extras such as gift wrap and a card note are separate checkboxes, which keeps them visible on the order rather than buried in a comments box. The payment field closes the form, so the shipping address is already collected when the card is charged.
Rename the scents and sizes for whatever you sell. If prices differ by size, switch the single payment field to a product list in the builder and give each size its own line.
