About this template
Half the people who ask to see a property are not in a position to take it. This form asks which listing, when they can come, whether they are buying or renting, and where they are in the process, before anybody drives across town to unlock a door.
The position question is the one that changes your week. A cash buyer and someone who has not spoken to a lender both write the same enthusiastic email, and knowing which is which decides who gets the Saturday slot.
Replace the listing options with your live properties, and add a preapproval upload if you only show to buyers who have one.
