About this template
Unpaid consultations fill a calendar with people who do not show up. This form asks for the fee when the slot is booked, so the time is held for someone who has committed, and it is credited against the bill if they hire the firm.
Before the booking it asks for the type of matter, a short summary, and the names of the other people or companies involved, which is what the conflict check needs. The client chooses an office meeting, a video call, or a phone call.
Set your own hours and slot length on the appointment field and your fee on the payment field. Free consultations work too: remove the payment field and keep the rest.
